SSE is experiencing growth and we would like to add to our editing team.


My ideal editor will be someone who I don't have to think about often and my client doesn't have to think about often either. The work gets done on time and gets done well. Everyone is happy!


A successful editor for us will have the following qualities:
--Available to edit reports within 24 hours of submission.
--The ability to edit quickly while still maintaining quality.
--Self-motivated, does not need constant supervision.
--You really, seriously want to work (not just you think you might want to work, maybe.)
--Reports with a lot of narrative don't scare you (they also pay more.)
--Stable, low drama. You won't be having multiple personal issues that cause you to fall behind in work or fall off the face of the Earth. Things happen to everyone, but some people seem to have things happen OFTEN.


You, would, recognize, comma, misuse.
Dangling from a sentence, you would recognize and fix participle errors.
You would be able to quickly fix split infinitives.
Youll never misuse apostrophe's.


Seriously, we get that you may not know the terms of each grammar issue, but if you can look at those sentences and pick out the errors, you might be a good fit for us.
