Hello Shoppers!

Ready for an oil change? These shops pay $5 plus reimbursement to get the oil changed in your car! Some locations are bonused!

You will go to your assigned location and get a basic oil change. You will ask an open-ended question relating to the service of your vehicle to see if the technician can answer. While at the location you will evaluate the restroom. The report is mostly “yes/no” questions with a narrative after each section

Shopper Musts:

• Thoroughly review BOTH the Guidelines and Report form BEFORE you go to the location.
• Ask for a basic oil change. Ask the assigned question to see if the technician can answer.
• Evaluate the restroom.
• You MUST get a receipt.
• Report must include a step-by-step description of the entire site visit.
• Submit the report within 24 hours of the shop.

Please be advised that you MUST accept payments via PayPal to be eligible for our shops. Service Sleuth is ONLY using PayPal to pay shop fees and reimbursements. It is your responsibility to set up an account if you don't already have one, and it is also your responsibility to make sure the information in your profile corresponds to the information you have provided PayPal.
