Oil Change Technical Mystery Shop Shopper Instructions:

SHOPPERS MUST READ AND FOLLOW ALL OF THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THIS SHOP!

These shops are more detailed and involved and they pay a $45 shopper fee, plus up to $200 reimbursement at the oil change service facility, and up to $150 for reimbursement for pre- and post-visit inspections with a mechanic.

This shop consists of THREE parts:
• The Pre-Check Mechanic Visit
• Oil Change Service Center Visit
• The Post-Check Mechanic Visit
