Hello, shoppers!

I have some special Integrity shops at a popular novelty type shop usually located in malls. For these special shops you will be targeting a specific employee. More details about the employee will be sent to you when you are assigned this shop.

For this special shop you will be paid a $12.00 shop fee. You will be reimbursed $25 for this shop.

Scenario:
Make an initial purchase and note whether the transaction was completed correctly. You will be reimbursed up to $5 for this item.

You must get a receipt for this purchase and upload it onto the form.

After completing your first purchase, you must make a second purchase which requires you to do a “Cash Drop."

You should pretend you forgot something after your first transaction has been completed.

As part of the “Cash Drop,” you will attempt to leave $20 on the counter and exit the store without the item being rung up.

If possible, describe what the employee does with this money in the narrative.

You must select an item that is close to but under $20 including any applicable taxes.

You must show the employee the price tag as you drop the money.

You should act as if you are in a rush to leave and you don’t have time to wait to be rung up or receive change.

It is very important to act natural during the cash drop and not appear nervous or uncomfortable.
