Hello Shoppers!

Nothing is better than a movie and popcorn! Please do not apply if you are not 100% sure that you can complete this shop!

KSS International, Inc. on behalf of Service Sleuth is now scheduling generous movie theater shops at a popular movie theater!

Jasper, AL 35501

Weekday Shops (Monday through Thursday ONLY!)

FEE & REIMBURSEMENTS: You will receive a $5 shopper fee and be reimbursed for up to 2 adult movie tickets (stubs required) and up to $15 at the concession stand for your 2 required purchases.

Shoppers MUST:

*Read the instructions AND the complete form so they are completely clear on the requirements of this shop. Failure to provide Service Sleuth with the appropriate information will result in non-payment for the shop.

*Arrive at least one half hour before the movie.

*Purchase tickets to a movie (up to two tickets reimbursed). You MUST purchase your tickets from the CASHIER and pay with CASH so you can comment if they gave you the correct change.

*Concession Stand: You are required to make 2 visits to the concession stand during your visit. Start off by ordering just one item, such as a drink or popcorn.

*Observe and report on customer service, cleanliness, and employees (box office cashier, concession attendants, manager, and usher.)

*Write a summary touching upon each section of the survey in the narrative and explaining all "No" answers in detail.

*Submit the report within 24 hours of the shop.
